Real Fetal Human Skull "Kapala" Display.

Recently I bought this Real Fetal Human Skull along with a group of Adult Skulls and knew that this was the project it was meant for. Sex is unknown but more then likely female from China. I have to say that this was one of the hardest Real Skull projects I've ever done due to the very thin cranial bones, etc. I began by stabilizing the piece to work with it than using several different types of chemical stains similar to bronze art I gave it some nice colors to build on. I decorated it in a "Kapala" style for what I believe is the only "Kapala" made using a Real Fetal Skull ever in the world. The eyes themselves are a pair of polished Real Onyx stones and in the center of the forehead is a Real cut Amethyst Gemstone. I set 20 small Real cut Rubies throughout the display along with all the usual Real Silver work. I then segmented a Real Bronze Antique lamp base for my use and permanently attached the skull on top for a beautiful display. Finally after all of this was done I again stained the entire piece for more separation of materials involved and then gave it several coats of dulling finish also used for Bronze work. And at the end I carefully polished the silver back up and epoxy cleared the silver only for a nice contrast yet it will never allow any further future tarnish so the entire display will look like this forever. 

Please note: Although I do have another incomplete Fetal Skull I can safely guarentee this will be the only Real Fetal Skull "Kapala" ever made. It is one of a kind...NEVER ANOTHER! (Sold)
