Real Male Human Skull Table Lamp

This project began with a lucky find of the Antique Bronze table lamp base my dad picked up for me at a local estate sale. In the beginning I stained and secured the skull and afterwards did my usual unique technique of decorating everything with Real Sterling Silver, etc. I detached the lampshade fitting along with the socket from the original base and permanently installed it into the bottom of the skull with secure and safe wiring running through the skull interior and out the top & after all of the silver work was done I further stained the entire skull again. After all of this I gave the entire skull several coats of clear epoxy to ensure the piece would last forever. The skull was than wired to the base again...safely so no future electrical problems and a handy in-line switch is installed for easy turning on & off. The entire lamp measures 20 inches tall and is very heavy plus it can be adjusted into many configurations if need be as can be seen in the pictures. A 40w bulb or less would be recommended. (Sold)
